We seek the company of cleverer people. We always have. Taubenkobel was never just a restaurant. It was always also a place where artists, writers, musicians, and other restless minds liked to sit. Some came for the food. Many stayed longer. Some left things behind – on our walls, in our rooms, in our guest books. We name them here not out of vanity, but because their presence shaped this house.
